T:Kha is a unique dish compared to regular meat dishes. It is made using buffalo meat with skin, salt, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, fenugreek, and mustard oil. The buffalo meat and bones are cooked separately, and necessary spices are added. It is then kept in an earthen pot overnight, which gives it a jelly-like texture.
